Dear EANET Partners in the Ukraine,
It was very good to see you all in Berlin. Thank you for your effort and work during the workshops and the pleasant and cosy time during dinner.
David and I will arrive Sunday evening in Kharkiv. Due to a limited amount of time we came to the conclusion that the current amount of time (two days MON and TUE) will stretch each partners participation. We have too little time to meet all of you and give the attention that is needed.
The meeting will be in Kharkiv and we will not ask for partners to meet us all the way up in Kharkiv for just a few hours. So we want to propose: this meeting will only be with Kharkiv partners. We will not ask Svetlana (KROK) and Mr. Ushenko (CHNU) to travel all the way up.
We will arrange an exchange of data later this year.
Programm for our Kharkiv partners:
9:00 – 12:30 Visit Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University
lunch and transfer to
14:00 – 17:30 Visit Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics
9:00 – 12:30 Visit V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University
19:00 Dinner together with Kharkiv partners who are able to join.
The agenda will be:
1. What has your university achieved until now (see Project Control Result form and LFM)
2. What data has been provided (uploaded to google drive and send to WP owner) to prove this achievements.
3. Comparison between hours worked on WP (Time sheets) and delivery of work packages.
4. Missing documents for EACEA (Deloitte was asking for)
In general we would like to know, were do you stand creating your EANET, what differences are there between plan and where you stand. How are you going to fix the differences if you have, do we have to skip or transfer work packages, what support from partners or coordinator do you need.
We are looking forward to visit you in Kharkiv.
Kind regards also from David
